Evanston: Outside the Box is a public art project launched by Emily Lubin, an Evanston resident and high school senior, with a goal to beautify Evanston by wrapping stunning artwork around the city's bland utility boxes.

The first vinyl wrapped utility box in Evanston is at the Southwest corner of Sherman Avenue and Church Street in the heart of downtown Evanston, in front of the Barnes & Noble.
